Congratulations!

The Marching Band was awarded 1st Place at the Cloverleaf Band Competition.  Senior Ashley Bowles was awarded Best Field Commander Overall.  The Color Guard was awarded Best Color Guard in Class B/C Combined.

Homecoming

The Buckeye Pride Bus driven by Transportation Director Roger Nowell won Most Original Float in the Homecoming Parade.  Band Members played out of the sides of the bus while Seniors were driven around the stadium on their Senior Float!  Thank you to all who particpated!

WATER LOGGED! 

Lake Buckeye formed yesterday after an amazing down pour. Needless to say, all athletic teams and the marching band are struggling to practice when the fields are so water logged. It does not look like much relief is in sight as the forecast calls for rain the rest of the week. 

A special thanks to Band Members who sacrificed sectional time the past two weeks to try and keep the show on course.  We have had minimal time to the field due to the rain the past two weeks.  Rehearsing the show during sectional times was the right move to keep the show on course!

Either way the weather plays Friday, our uniforms are scheduled to be dry cleaned.
